Key Responsibilities:
Understand client travel needs and provide tailor-made travel solutions
Create, promote, and sell domestic and international travel itineraries
Book flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and travel insurance
Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
Provide visa assistance and travel documentation guidance
Stay updated with travel trends, safety protocols, and destination knowledge
Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing and service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel consultancy or agency
Strong knowledge of global destinations, visa requirements, and travel trends
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus or Galileo preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
Passion for travel and delivering high-quality customer experiences
Preferred Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field
Experience in MICE or luxury travel segment is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and itinerary building software
